See how an AutoJet(R) Precision Spray Control System applies the proper volume of moisture to buns to ensure seeds stay in place. Over- and under-application of moisture and the resulting QC problems are eliminated. The PulsaJet(R) nozzles are only triggered to spray when dough is detected to minimize waste and a a messy work environment. Operators can easily adjust the application parameters for different products using the touchscreen on the spray controller.
