This video shows the simple steps involved in opening the fluid side of a PulsaJet® 10000AUH nozzle, replacing the wear parts, and reassembling it. Nozzle wear depends entirely on usage and can vary greatly. In general, a rebuild of the nozzle’s fluid side is often indicated in the range of 200 million cycles. Rebuilding the fluid side is a normal maintenance activity and restores nozzle performance to its original specifications.
