Low-Flow Ultrasonic Spray

The Low-Flow Ultrasonic Spray is engineered to optimize spray coverage by atomizing fluids with precision using ultrasonic vibrations. Unlike traditional high-pressure or air-assisted nozzles, which can cause overspray or bouncing, this system delivers an unpressurized, low-velocity mist that gently settles onto surfaces. With liquid flow rates ranging from 0.04 to 15 ml/min, the spray can be tailored and shaped to meet specific process requirements. For enhanced coverage and flexibility, multiple nozzles can be arranged in a customizable configuration.
